The ultimate (or most outragest) wine pairing.  corner wines has enlisted the help of Henry's Homemade Ice Cream (Henry Gentry) to put together the ice cream and wine pairing.  Some of you are already thinking that I have gone off the deep end.  Not to worry I am sane just a little off.

The pairing are:

• Raspberry sorbet  with a Sparkling Rose  from Spain to create a float
• Passion Fruit (ginger) sorbet  with an unoaked Chardonnay from Chile
• Strawberry ice cream paired with an Italian Chianti
• Cherry Bordeaux ice cream paired with a French Bordeaux
• Chocolate Chocolate Chip ice cream paired with a California Cabernet Sauvignon

This will definitely be an experience for you and for us.
