2004 Winter Hill Pinot Gris - Opulent! Intense lemon drop flavors, very palate coating. Winters Hill is considered one of the great Pinot Gris producers in the US. 2000 & 2001 Elkhorn Peak Pinot Noir- Bright ruby hue with a whiff of smoke and forest yields to aromas of ripe berries and cedar.  Flavors of strawberries, cherries.  It delivers both power and elegance.  Food pairing-ham, turkey, chicken

 

NV Gobillard Brut Rose - The Gobillard Brut is an intensely rich rose that is elegant in the glass yet rich enough to nicely compliment tenderloin. The Gobillard has robust Pinot flavors which will accompany fowl and beef. The rich cherry and excellent acidity will work well with ham, due to the excellent acidity of this Champagne; it will work with any glaze.  Food pairing- salmon, lamb or filet mignon
