Important: You must be 21 years or older to order and receive these wines! We cannot ship to areas prohibited by law. Adult signature required upon delivery.
· 30 day notice is required for all membership changes (cancellation, upgrade) to be processed, call us at (972) 403-(Wine)9463.
· Featured wines each month will be available for pick up or shipment starting the first week of each month
· We will ship when climate permits. Wine does not like extremes of temperatures: hot humid summers and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. We will hold your selections until the weather breaks.
· Shipping charges are calculated at the end of the shopping process, which includes packing your wine in special protective boxes and shipping via standard ground service. For expedited shipping please call (972) 403–Wine (9463) and request an expedited shipping quote.
· When you wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
· Club members will be charged the first week of each month
